I started working at 18 — right after enrolling at RANEPA (The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration). I needed to support myself and wanted to live on my own, not in a dorm. Over the next 10+ years, I went from student initiatives to projects for international brands. Along the way, I went through a split with partners and relaunched an agency from scratch, weathered the industry crisis during the pandemic, navigated the major upheavals of 2022, and opened an office in Dubai. I stand by a simple idea: connections are everything — in business and in life.
