This is a first-hand account of how Svyazi. Creative Agency came to be

Our story started as a student initiative. While studying at university, I launched University Talks — a project built around events, communication, and bringing people together.
2014
At University Talks, we were running events that connected students and employers — and the work was good enough that companies began asking us to create projects for them. I registered as a sole proprietor, and we took on our first real corporate projects. Gett, the international ride-hailing company, was among the first — and it raised the bar for everything that followed.
2016
A difficult split with my business partners became a turning point. Overnight, I found myself without an agency — but still with clients who trusted me and contractors who needed to be paid.  What carried me through was the relationships that stayed. That experience gave the agency its name: Svyazi means "connections". The agency that came out of that moment was built on the belief that connections — with people, clients, and collaborators — are what actually last. Everything else can be rebuilt.
2019
After years working primarily with international corporations, the agency needed a new direction. I moved to the UAE to build the Middle East side of the business from the ground up. New city, new market, different clients — but the same approach.
2022
Today, Svyazi operates across the United States, and the UAE, working with international clients on brand, digital, and visual communication projects. The scale has changed, but the principle has not: we build our work through relationships, trust, and the belief that the right connections still matter.

To be continued.
