New Year offline staff party in 4 cities - Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Minsk, Limassol as well as online translation with a separate programme for remote workers
Create the atmosphere of Christmas town Whoville from a famous film «How Grinch stole Christmas»
About the project
The event was held simultaneously in 4 cities. Online translation was organized for remote workers
Our team's tasks included:
— Turnkey event organization in Moscow and Saint Petersburg as well as online translation
— Coordination of agencies in Minsk and Limassol
— Timing synchronization in 4 locations: all cities had to finish the programme at the same time and join a video conference
— Preparation and recording of New Year radio broadcast, event website launching, organization of Secret Santa among the employees

Preliminary involvement
A month before the event we launched a website with activities:

A unique menu was created for the event. Green punch and starters with unusual service and tastes - everything that can pleasantly surprise the guests

At a special desk with an animator everyone could take a bingo card with tasks and get a prize for doing them
Multi-eco
Every employee was able to record his/her video congratulation for the colleagues and watch it on the big screen. In offline locations special animators dressed as New Year elves helped to do that. They involved the guests and helped to make a beautiful congratulation video
Special guest
The main character of the event - Grinch - paid attention to every guest. He was eager to pose in photos, played tricks on the guests and even found time to give an interview copying Yuri Dud style
Interaction with the presenter
Throughout the programme several funny games were planned
— Assemble a giant puzzle
— «New Year night disco» – dance battle between the guests with song guessing
— Freeze game with New Year situations
All games meant active interaction between the guests

Video conference between the cities
At a specified time all 4 cities joined a video conference and were able to communicate with each other. In every location guests in live competed in speed breaking piñatas which were designed in one of the Playgendary game's style
Corporate TikTok
At the end of the programme Grinch together with the presenter and all the guests recorded a TikTok video with a dance, paper show and cover band
Online translation
Online translation with a separate programme and a presenter was organized specially for remote company workers. During the breaks translation was switched to the main hall in Saint Petersburg to recreate the general atmosphere of the event at the employees' homes as well
Since the beginning of the pandemic, we have successfully implemented various formats of online projects
