Anyport

Creation of a video explainer about the service

The task
Victor Sokovnin, International development director of B2B-Center applied to us with a request to create an animated video explainer about the Anypot service. This video will be used on the product website and will be demonstrated on meetings with clients from the target audience.
Solution
We studied the market and the competitors of the product, its peculiarities and advantages that should be reflected in the video. In one day we developed several creative concepts and chose references that help to explain our idea clearly. During the communication with the client we defined the appropriate format of work - creation of an animated video clip lasting up to 80 seconds with voice over and subtitles.

Our script writer in a few days wrote the text for the voice actor in accordance with the request and approved it with the client. The main requirement was informativity and usage of professional terminology. It was important to create a video clip where cargo owners and expeditors would see themselves and their problems and would understand that Anyport service could solve them. Then the script writer developed the draft of the script: made a storyboard, wrote the scenes and actions on the screen in accordance with the voice actor's text. Together with our illustrator we discussed the possibility of realization of this script, made some amendments and showed the director's version to the client.

During the conference call with the client we chose a voice actor who would voice over the video explainer. We sent the text of the script to the illustrator.

Our illustrator developed the graphic concept in 2 days and presented the sketches of the characters, stylistics and colour scheme of the video clip. We chose the colours corresponding to the corporate colours of Anyport.

The client approved the sketches, and our animator started working on the video graphics, location and interface of the app that we had to show. The sketches developed by him were included by the script writer into the director's version of the script. We used the project board on Miro website for discussion and visualization of the project stages.
The result
We faced a task of creating a video explainer for a B2B product in a very tight period of time - up to 3 weeks.

Guys understood the essence of the task. They worked fast, including on the weekends. At every stage of work they offered us solutions that met our expectations, that is why we progressed quickly.

As a result, we met the deadline and made a cool 1-minute video that tells in simple words the essence of our difficult product and its usefulness for the clients.

We are glad and going to work with "Svyazi" agency again!

We received the client's feedback and made some amendments to the sketches. The animator started creating the final version of the video clip, where animation would be combined with voice over. Our sound designer developed the background music and added some sound effects to the video clip.

We created the final version of an animated video explainer in 10 days. During the online conference with the Anyport team we listened to all the comments and defined the next steps of our work. As a result we had to make some minor amendments to the script and correct some parts of the animation. We approved the list of amendments and handed them to our team for improvement.

It took us 3 days to take all the comments into the account and create the final version of the script.
We created an animated video explainer with voice over and a version with subtitles in accordance with all the client's requirements.
